Media Release & Publication Consent

The submitting party confirms they are authorized to provide the athlete's name, image, video, audio, biography, statistics, achievements, and other approved content for the agreed project.

Approved content may be used to create and deliver purchased services and, only when authorized, may appear in the athlete profile, portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.

The client is responsible for confirming permission to submit team logos, school marks, game film, photographs, music, and other third-party materials.

Future promotional use may be withdrawn by written request, but previously delivered materials, completed publications, archival records, and contractual obligations may be subject to limitations.
