Copyright & Content Ownership Policy

Clients retain rights they already hold in properly submitted photographs, film, logos, and information.

Unless transferred in writing, Legends Locker Room retains copyright in original design, editing, templates, graphics, photography, video, and creative work, while granting the client the usage rights described in the service agreement.

Delivered work may not be resold, altered deceptively, stripped of required attribution, or used unlawfully.

Portfolio and promotional use should occur only as permitted by the applicable release, agreement, or authorization.
