Booking, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A booking may not be reserved until the required deposit or payment has been received.

Rescheduling is subject to availability, notice requirements, weather, venue rules, travel, and the selected service agreement.

Deposits, refunds, and cancellation fees should follow the terms displayed at checkout or in the written proposal.

Once editing, design, profile setup, or other digital production begins, payments may become partially or fully nonrefundable depending on work completed.
